Paperwork Due Dates

Please return completed forms & required information via email to: office@hilltopoutdoorcentre.co.uk

Activity Timetable Choices – Please return no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of your course.

If not returned by this time we will create a balanced programme for your group and forward a copy. 

The Following Forms are due 6 weeks prior to your visit.

• Children's COLLATED Medical and Dietary Forms (please bring the children’s personal information forms on the visit with you)
• Menu Choices
• Staff Personal information forms.
• Gender breakdown of staff and students to enable us to do a room allocation.
